- Do you ship back orders?
Yes. Most back orders are shipped within 60 days, otherwise specify.
- How do you handle with C.O.D orders?
C.O.D. orders are accepted by certified money order or cashier’s check. A 25% restocking charge plus freight will be charged if C.O.D. is rejected.
- How should we report damages and shortages?
Damages and shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise to Bronzage Corp. or the carrier who delivered the damaged merchandise. Customers sign the B/L before the driver leaves. Retain the packing material for a damage inspection by FEDEX or the carrier. Proper reporting of damages is required before any credit adjustments can be made.
- Do those pieces tarnish or change in color?
No, It will stay the same look for ever and it is easy to keep clean.
- Do you do drop shipment?
